Can you run guest shuttles between the ceremony and reception?

Yes. We plan the hotel, ceremony, and venue loops together with the bridal vehicle so everything lines up on one timeline. Send us your addresses and timing when you book.

Are party buses and motor coaches priced online?

Larger vehicles — 20, 26, 30 and 40 passenger party buses and motor coaches — are quote only. Request a quote online or call us and we will reply with options for your date.

Do you decorate the car?

Yes — keep it simple and tasteful unless you send a specific brief. Tell us colors when you book.

What if photos run long or the weather changes?

Tell us your timeline when you book and we plan backup around it, including weather or photo delays, so the rest of the day stays on track.

Do you farm trips out?

No. A1 runs an in-house fleet and staff. If a specialty vehicle is ever needed beyond what we own, we tell you before you book.
